I just sent you an email. When can I expect to hear back from you?

I do my best to reply to emails within 24 hours during the work week, and for emails received during the weekend by the following Tuesday — except it is an emergency (yes, I read email on the weekend but only respond if it is urgent). There’ll be times when Croco Designs will be closed for business. Notifications will be posted in advance on this page. If you don’t hear back from me within three days, please don’t give up on me and try to reach out to me again. On rare occasions your email may have been lost in space. I certainly check my spam folders daily.
